Track your order

Enter the Order ID from your confirmation email together with the email address used when the order was placed. Tracking begins to show movement a few hours after the parcel is handed to the courier.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If tracking has not moved

Orders are handed to the courier within 1-2 business days. If there is no movement two working days after dispatch, send your Order ID to connect@plantsmarket.shop and we will follow it up. Estimated total delivery is 3-6 business days to metro cities and 5-10 business days elsewhere in India — estimates, not guaranteed dates.
