What to send us
A sizing question
The diameter of the pot the plant is in now, measured across the top rim. We will tell you which listing is one to two inches wider, which is the step most plants want.
An order on its way
Put the Order ID in the subject line. Tracking is quickest to answer once the parcel has left Thane.
A parcel that arrived damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes the claim quicker, but it is not a condition.
Two things we cannot do
We cannot supply plants, cuttings, seeds or potting mix. We sell pots, planters and tools only.
We cannot make custom sizes or custom glazes. What is listed is what we stock.
