Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Plants Market, an online retailer based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and not to use the website for fraudulent activity, unauthorised automated access or interference with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe each item as accurately as we can: diameter across the top rim, number of pieces, material, colour and whether a drainage hole and saucer are included. Sizes are nominal and can vary by a few millimetres between production batches.

Glaze colour and texture vary between pieces and read differently on different screens. Nothing we sell is alive: plants, cuttings, seeds and potting mix are not included with any product. If we identify an error in a listed price or specification before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

4. Orders, pricing and tax

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order. Prices are in Indian Rupees. The product price is shown on the product page; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

The business is not registered for GST. Based on its current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable at this time; GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, and an order invoice is included with the parcel.

5. Payment

We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards or international payment methods and we do not store payment instruments. Details are in our Payment Policy.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Typical total delivery time is 3-6 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days elsewhere, including handling of 1-2 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Change-of-mind returns must be raised within 10 days of delivery on the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item being received and checked. Those policies form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, original layout elements and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Plants Market and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Where a product image originates with a supplier it is used to depict the item offered for sale and remains the property of its owner.

8. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Except where required by law, we do not provide any additional warranty beyond the return, replacement and refund rights stated in our policies. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We are not responsible for damage caused by a pot being overloaded, dropped, or left outdoors in freezing conditions with wet soil in it.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, or failures of telecommunication or banking infrastructure.

10. Law, jurisdiction and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms
